Established in 1883, Greytown High School is one of KwaZulu-Natal's most historic co-educational institutions. Nestled in the picturesque Umvoti region, the school has spent over 140 years cultivating a legacy where tradition meets modern excellence.

Greytown High School is a co educational school with around 550 learners, yet it remains at the cutting edge of education. We are mindful of an ethos, a set of values, and a heritage built up over more than a century. Greytown High offers a rounded and balanced environment, with a legacy of leadership and high moral standards.
Growing young people into confident adults
Over the years, this wonderful environment has allowed young boys and girls to develop into ladies and gentlemen. Learners leave with education, confidence, morals, discipline, passion, and courage. These are the qualities that help them shape our nation’s progress.
